AIRPORT PICK-UP REQUEST FORM

A student who would like to be picked up at the Detroit Metropolitan Airport must fill out the information below and return it to the Michigan Language Center at least one week before arrival at the airport. The $95.00 charge for this service will be added to the student's account and may be paid at the time of registration at the MLC.

If you arrive at Detroit Metropolitan Airport on an International flight, you will meet the Michigan Language Center representative outside of customs. If you are arriving on a domestic flight, you will meet the Michigan Language Center representative at the baggage claim section.

AIRPORT PICK-UP CHARGE: There is an $95.00 per person charge for students requesting airport pick-up. If you change your flight without informing a Michigan Language Center representative or if for some reason you do not use the airport pick-up service, you will still be charged. If you wish to cancel the airport pick-up service or change the time of the airport pick-up service, it is necessary to notify GLI Executive Transportation Services directly at 1-800-300-5151 or 734-668-8282.  Please note that there may be an extra charge for any delays or rescheduled airport pickups.

If you leave a message on the Michigan Language Center answering machine and you are not able to speak to someone directly, we will try to send an MLC representative to pick you up at your new arrival time. However, sometimes this will not be possible. If a representative from the Michigan Language Center is not waiting at the baggage claim section or outside of customs when you arrive, you should take a taxi to University Towers, 536 S. Forest Avenue, Ann Arbor, MI. or the address of the place you will be living.
