FOR THE SIX WEEK INTENSIVE ENGLISH
PROGRAM
In order to apply to attend the Michigan Language
Center (MLC) and to receive the Form I-20AB for full time study at the Michigan
Language Center, the applicant must provide the following:
1) A completed and signed APPLICATION AND I-20
REQUEST FORM
2) A completed and signed STATEMENT OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY signed
by the student or by the person who will be financially responsible for
the student while he/she is studying at the Michigan Language Center.
*3) A NON-REFUNDABLE APPLICATION AND ADVANCED TUITION FEE of $100.00
When available, the following optional information
is helpful:
1) Scores from the Test of English as a Foreign
Language (TOEFL)
2) A photo of the prospective student
*PAYMENT OF THE $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE APPLICATION
AND ADVANCE TUITION FEE
An applicant may submit the non-refundable Application and Advance Tuition
Fee of $100.00 in one of the following methods:
1) A check made out in U.S. dollars payable through
a U.S. bank
2) By completing and signing the MASTERCARD AND VISA CHARGE AUTHORIZATION
FORM. To receive this form, click here.
3) Submitting a letter from the student's sponsoring agency guaranteeing
payment of the deposit and the tuition and providing billing information
The remainder of the tuition expenses may be paid
with a check, traveler's check, or cash. Credit cards are accepted
only for the non-refundable advanced tuition and housing deposits.
