Housing Information

University Towers is a safe, clean, comfortable student apartment building located a short distance from the Michigan Language Center and the center of the University of Michigan campus in the heart of the university area of Ann Arbor. Each apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen.

SINGLE BEDROOM: A student who lives in a single bedroom has his/her own bedroom. There are one or two other students in the second bedroom and the two or three students share the kitchen, the living room, and the bathroom. To reserve a single bedroom, a non-refundable housing deposit of $300.00 should be sent to the MLC no later than one month prior to the move-in date. (There are a limited number of single rooms available.)

SHARED BEDROOM: A student who lives in a shared bedroom has another MLC student in his/her bedroom. There are one or two other students in the second bedroom. The three or four students share the kitchen, the living room, and the bathroom. To reserve a shared bedroom, a non-refundable housing deposit of $200.00 should be sent to the MLC no later than one month prior to the move-in date.

EARLY ARRIVAL: If students arrive earlier than the official move-in date, they should plan to stay at a hotel in the Ann Arbor area. Below is a list of hotels and motels near the Michigan Language Center.
