INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLYING FOR A CONDITIONAL LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE (3/00)

1) If a student wishes to apply for a conditional letter of acceptance from one of the colleges or universities that cooperates with the Michigan Language Center, the
" Form Letter to Accompany a Student's Application to a College or a University " must accompany the student's application materials to the college or the university.

2) The " Form Letter to Accompany a Student's Application to a College or a
University" should be retyped with all the underlined portions of the letter completed.

3) The form letter and the application materials for the college or the university should be sent directly to the college or university and not to the Michigan Language Center. Please see the list of "Colleges and Universities that Issue Conditional Letters of Acceptance to Michigan Language Center Students" for the name of the contact person and the address of the institution.

4) All application materials regarding studies at the Michigan Language Center should be sent directly to the Michigan Language Center.
