Enrollment Agreement

Please read the following information carefully and ask a director if you have any questions.  You will acknowledge your understanding of all the terms and conditions in this agreement when you complete the online MLC Enrollment Form.

Attendance

All students must maintain a minimum of 80% attendance. An initial I-20 student who fails to attend within the first 3 days of their first session will be administratively withdrawn from the MLC and terminated. Any student who is absent for 10 consecutive class days will be administratively withdrawn from the MLC. See the Attendance Policy in the MLC Student Handbook for all attendance requirements.

Refund of Future Sessions
One session is the minimum period of financial obligation. Students who pay for future sessions are eligible for a full refund for all future sessions.

Refund Timeline
Refunds will be paid within 30 calendar days from the documented date of determination.  The date of determination is the date the student gives written or verbal notice of withdrawal to the MLC, the date the MLC administratively withdraws the student, or the date the MLC terminates the student.

Agency
If an agency has arranged a student’s enrollment and paid the student’s tuition, the refund will be made to the agency.
