Why do you appreciate being a part of MLC?
I am always impressed by MLC students’ passion to learn English and accomplish their own goals. One of the great things about this community is that every student has different backgrounds and goals, but they are all here to learn English and do their best. It is truly a joy for me to write about the students and alumni stories on the MLC website and share their amazing experiences.

Why is MLC a special place to study English?
As an alumna of MLC, I would say I haven’t seen such a friendly and supportive school like MLC ever before. All the staff and instructors are so professional and dedicated to students. I had studied at MLC for 3 months before I started working for a university to pursue my professional career, and I can’t emphasize enough how supportive MLC staff and instructors were. Now I am so excited to come back to this school as a Digital Marketing Coordinator!

What are some interesting facts about yourself?
I have been in Ann Arbor since 2019, and I love this charming campus town. I like trying new cafes and restaurants here. If you need any recommendations for places to have good coffee and food downtown, maybe I’m the one who can help! I have a pug named Apple and I love walking around the town with her. She loves Ann Arbor too, and always greets neighbors and people around her!
